Creative agency rebrand

tda! creative agency needed a refreshed identity that modernised the brand and showcased the agency’s ability to create work with a sense of magic, surprise, and delight. Working alongside the creative director and wider team, I developed the core idea for how the logo could evolve while staying true to its roots. After establishing that concept, I supported the digital rollout by designing key motion-led elements of the website, including the animated Approach page and custom Lottie iconography. This combination of concept work and digital execution helped present a contemporary identity that reflects the agency’s creative capabilities.

The Brief

The brief asked for a refreshed identity that reflected the sense of magic and surprise tda! brings to its work. This direction inspired early explorations into how magic could look visually, including purple, cyan, and pink colour palettes, gradients, and dynamic shapes that conveyed energy, transformation, and creative spark. The exclamation mark’s dot from the old logo becomes a spark, introducing a signature element that brings the brand’s ‘magic’ concept to life.

THE SOLUTION

On the website side, my role focused on bringing the identity to life through animation and interaction. I created a cohesive set of Lottie-based animated icons and designed the motion for the Approach page, where key elements animate on scroll to guide the narrative. I also worked on microinteractions across the site to add clarity and polish, and supported the team with selected print deliverables to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
