With full creative freedom from the client, I led the project end-to-end as the sole designer. At tda!, I built the digital experience around the brand’s bold, colourful packaging, bringing the illustrations to life through motion and interactive moments. I collaborated closely with two developers and a project manager to turn these ideas into a lively, engaging site that captured the brand’s energy. Throughout the process, I also worked alongside an external branding team, aligning the digital direction with their brand strategy and photography to ensure a cohesive final experience.

THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was to translate the London Tea Co’s bold, expressive packaging into a digital experience that felt just as vibrant and characterful.
ANIMATIONS
To avoid static layouts feeling flat or disconnected, motion became the core of the approach: packaging illustrations were reused and animated to build a cohesive visual system, subtle touches like steam rising from the hero cup added warmth and personality, and playful interactions were introduced throughout the site to create joyful brand moments that extended the identity seamlessly into the digital space.
